Byron McNertney Solid 6 (8 if you're drunk)
Here's my problem with crossfit: At my health club, the crossfitters have their own area on the far end of the
building so they usually don't affect me too much. This morning, however, they debuted their brand new sound system that includes a giant stack of speakers that would make TNT swoon. Part of my routine today required me to be working out in an area adjacent to theirs and, even wearing noise-canceling headphones, their crappy music was completely overwhelming. That also forced them all to yell and scream even louder than normal. I often hear people say that the biggest benefit of Cross Fit is the culture and comraderie. If your culture can be described as "Jersey Shore" culture, is it really a benefit to anyone?
