Broscience question:
I hear the following three things a lot these days:

1) Intermittent fasting will give you a greater metabolic boost than you would otherwise get with the same caloric intake (and, as far as fasting/feeding windows are concerned, 16/8 is good, 18/6 is better, and 20/4 is best).

2) You should strive to consume at least a gram of protein a day per pound of body weight.

3) You can only absorb about 30 grams of protein at a time (and once you've had that amount, you need to wait at least 2-3 hours for that to digest before consuming more protein).

If all of these things are true and are applied to someone who weighs at least 100 pounds, then it would appear that:
