I know who it is. But sometimes my FIL has a restricted number so I answered it. Some squeaky little voice on the other end tells me I am in trouble with the CIA and need to send them $2M right away. I say "Well crap, I don't want to be in trouble. Should I send cash or a check?" He then says to only send $50 at first.

Then I recognized the voice. It was one of my buddy's little kids who claimed he had been prank calling people all day and asked me not to tell his dad. So, I asked him to send me a check for $2M.
