When Nick and Jake were battling for time they were playing with KC and Fischer. Those guys were getting all the minutes at the guard and two spot. KC was basically a 40 min PG and Fischer could only play SG due to size but he wasn't a great ball handler. This forced Nick to play somewhat out of position while also needing to play more than Jake because he had better handles.

This year Nick, TJ, and Jesse will be our primary ball handlers. You really need three with two in the game at once. Jake is going to battle for minutes with Seljaas, Nixon, Harding, and Knell. Most likely we are going to see very small lineups with this team next year.....4 guys who can shoot the three. It will be weird look compared to the Rose teams with traditional post up players.

We need Nick on the team next year. It will be up to him and his play on how many minutes he will get but we need three guys who can dribble up the court under pressure.
