This. My lil' brother is in computers, doesn't have a degree but has lots of certifications, and he just switched jobs
for one with better hours and fewer boring meetings. You should take a look at what's available. A place that treats you like that will keep treating you like that as long as you let them. For the sake of your own well-being, and your family's, you should explore your options.
