Short version: BYU has just under a handful of players that would be in the conversation to start at Utah, none of them would be locks to start.

Wilson may be better than Huntley, but at this point, Huntley gets the nod because we know he can beat goodish teams with his legs and arm. The little that Wilson has shown shows he may be the better of the two, but we really don't know for sure at this point.

Bushman has shown the talent to start for Utah, but it's hard to say how talented Utah's tight ends are because they aren't used as much as Bushman.

nobody on BYU's defensive line this year would start over anyone on Utah's. Tonga is pretty good, but one of Utah's DTs is a surefire day 1-2 pick, and penisini is going to be drafted as well.

Utah's linebacker starters are better than BYU's. One WAS and still would be starter at BYU, and the other was a starter at Penn St.

A BYU defensive back starting over a Utah DB? PUH LEEEEEEAAAAAZE!! The only DB BYU has had in recent memory that is has even sniffed the NFL is Nacua. Utah has two surefire NFL DBs in Blackmon and Johnson, and another kid that is probably the fastest player in college football, maybe the fastest football player in any league (he also happens to be an excellent tackler, though he is likely undersized to play nickel in the NFL). The only argument for a player that might start in Utah's defensive backfield is Dayan because he has a ton of experience, and the other safety spot for Utah is a question mark.

RB is not even a question. WR? Romney? Really? he barely eclipsed 150 yards total last season. Don't even go there. I have no idea about how good either offensive line is TBH. I know BYU's has struggled latey, but Utah's is mostly comprised of new starters so...

Kicker? I have too much faith in Utah's ST to assume that BYU's kicker will be better than Utah's, even when Utah's kicker is a complete unknown. Utah's punter will be just fine... at least as good as BYU's.
