What’s the best “life advice” given in any song?
A lot of songs give “words to live by” or have a theme that is basically advice for life.
Because my two mottos are 1)“I know I’m paranoid. The question is, am I paranoid enough?” and 2) “Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they aren’t out to get you,” my vote for best life advice given in a song is:

For me it applies to my whole life, not just love. If I can stop squeezing so tightly, I’m happier, I get more done, and I avoid massive anxiety and depression. Everybody wins!
