Do you have similar traffic patterns in No VA like along the Wasatch Front where

you have similar numbers of northbound vehicles as southbound vehicles during each commute or is it more inbound traffic during morning commute and outbound traffic during evening commute (I'm assuming this is traffic from No VA into and out of the DC area.)?

Because of construction on I-15 South the HOV lane is exempt right now. It says
