You're the one at fault if you don't move over...

the law that say's you cannot impede traffic in the left lane is just as much a law as the speeding laws. you don't get to decide who drives what speed, you don't get to regulate everyone else. If someone coming up behind you is going faster than you then you are the one that is wrong if you do not yield and move to the right.
