and I'd have no problem with that if that is how they want to run it but they have covered them up, along with all of the others that tell the public what the restrictions are so they need to uncover those ones. It is their fault for covering them while simultaneously telling us that the HOV restrictions are suspended.

I have not seen anyone pulled over for crossing them and people cross them all of the time including when UHP is present which tells me that UHP apparently thinks they are suspended as well.
