St Marys is a good team. And BYU has not been playing at the level it should for the past 2-3 years. Some big games but some ridiculous losses too.

BYU is literally playing for second every year in the WCC with St Mary's being the other competition.

I think BBall credibility and access to the NCAA tournament was better when BYU was in the MW than it is now in the WCC.
