Did you keep the OEM springs in the back?

No. I went with the corresponding Bilstein springs (1.5" lift)

Diff drop kit?

No. 2" doesn't necessitate a diff drop. IMO, a diff drop just reversed the ground clearance you just gained. 3"+ and you'll need a diff drop.

Did the realignment process go smoothly?

No. 1 bolt on each side is seized. I will be going back for them to give it another shot. It typically goes smoothly though.

Are you running OEM tire size or did you go bigger?

I've been running 34's for a year now. 32 is stock.
