ring and if you click recents it doesn't show. Other times it rings through.

Last night my son called several times and finally texted me he was calling. Phone never rang or shows the phone calls.

This morning he calls and it rings fine. Have any of you had this happen? I would call Samsung but they were a pain in the you know what the last time I tried to get help on something.
