Colordao had some good runs in the early 90's doe poaching socal talent while USC and UCLA were down and getting Texas talent while in the BIG12. They are not a good program right now.
ASU can claim success 45 years ago...other than that they are usually competitive but in now way a "storied" program.
UCLA has to be one of the most overrated college football programs ever. Outside of some nice teams under Donahue in the 80's they really have no national relevance in their school history other than an epic meltdown versus Miami in 98.
USC is a storied program pre-1980 program who was mediocre for 20 years until Carroll came along and did his magic....only to fall from grace again.
Utah should have a great shot in winning that division because they easily have the best coach in Whit.
