Working moms are the best. I am in awe of them. They make our companies, our communities and our society better. They offer unique talents, experiences and perspectives to the business world, and we couldn't function as well as we do without them. I can't imagine how hard it must be to leave kids every day to go into the office. Not only that, but every day they face the judgmental gaze of men and women who think they should be in the home rather than in the workplace. Takes real cajones.

Raise a cream soda to the working moms in your life today. They're amazing.

NOTE: I am in no way trying to put down mom's who don't work for companies (so-called "stay at home" moms). Those moms are awesome too. Each woman chooses what's best for her in her unique situation, and that should be celebrated.
