Seriously, find one that works for you. In many ways, mine sucks, but it works. Youngest goes to bed at 7:30, next is reading from then until 8 when he goes to bed. Next youngest starts at 8 and goes to bed at 8:30. Oldest goes to bed at 9:45, but starts at 9:15. We give them each 30 minutes to get ready. The only time I have to yell is if the boys are goofing off and not getting pajamas on. Other than that it's pretty smooth. Consumes massive amounts of time though. One can argue that since I read with/to my kids for part of it, it is time well spent.
