CB Doctors..I call upon your wisdom.
Lower back pain. I've been told in the past after an MRI that it's a bone spur pushing on the nerves in my spin.

It happens when I lay on my back for too long. It usually will go away after a couple days but I've now had the pain for 14 days straight. I'm basically on a pain scale of about 7 or so when ever I stand up and try to walk. It will go away after standing for about 10 mins. but the minute I sit it comes right back.

I had some old pain pills laying around I took to try and help with pain and they did nothing 🙁

Honestly, I'm starting to loose my mind. My typical week has me exercising in some form for Ironman training 6 days a week. I have done zero the past two week and I'm starting to lose my mind. The pain is just too great to try.

At this point it's time to see a doctor...but who do I go see?
