were offered a good player in a fair trade a couple of years ago. He said this player would have made the Jazz better and would have added a scoring punch (I'm guessing the player was Lou Williams). They opted to not make the trade because they felt that while it would make them better, it would not help them beat the Warriors. So those of you that think the Jazz are content just being good, this provides evidence that that is not the case. The Jazz have passed on opportunities to hit singles and doubles because what they really want is a home run.
