I’m not even going to mention the ‘holistic dentists’ grasping onto

The Alf appliance.... but really it’s a slow acting palatal expander. For the discussion in this thread it wouldn’t be a treatment option for someone looking at Invisalign or aligner therapy for crowding in a 6-9 month treatment time as there are more effective methods for positioning teeth.
