Fan attendance is down.  The team isn't close to making the NCAA tournament.  And we trailed to San Diego in the most important game of the season 69-25.  I would say this could be categorized as a dumpster fire.  There are many reasons we haven't been successful.  I am simply offering my opinion about what I think those reasons are.  And Defense, Defense, and Defense happen to be 3 of those reasons.  Wins and losses appears to agree with my perspective.  Look at Texas Tech and Virginia.  Why do you think they win?  Is TJ better than Ty Jerome?  He averages more points.  But he is light years away from Jerome.  Why?  Because Jerome knows how to win.  It's about winning fellas.  I think TJ could get there if he had some coaching.  We will see.  Go Cougars!
