Everyone has been acting like Millenials are/were temperamentally different in inflexible ways, but look at what they're doing now. They had kids later, but once they have kids, they want the same things every generation has wanted: good public schools, room inside, and a lawn. They're following the same path, just later getting there. Generally speaking, anyway — obviously some are never going to the suburbs.
