Any advice for helping them see they're idiots without, you know, calling them idiots? My guess is no matter what we say they'll ignore us because they know better, but if anyone has any advice it'd be welcome.

Selling Amway isn't developing a business. Your advice is sound for entrepreneurship, not so much for MLMs.
