...staff have value to add to the development of players as well as to the X’s and O’s And to recruiting. I think of recent staffs Dave Rose had put together and they didn’t seem very well rounded in that dept.

I hope to see more energy on both ends of the floor with players motivated towards team goals and winning vs just interested in their own stats. I also hope to see them play with a more vigorous tempo and increase the pressure they put on teams whether on the offensive end or the defensive end.

In past years we had way too many guys logging serious minutes who contributed very little on the offensive end allowing their defender to help out on our shooters. If they truly are data driven then playing time will be earned. That is a good thing.
