Fact: if you remove pedestrians and moving vehicles from the equation
backing out of a stall is easier and safer than backing into a stall. And like I said in my post - most of the time there aren't pedestrians or moving cars in the immediate area to a) make backing out of a stall more dangerous and/or b) make backing into a stall more annoying. So you go ahead and do whatever you want, but don't get mad me if I'm behind you and you pull past a stall intending to back into it and I pull into that stall before you get the chance. How was I supposed to know you pulled past it with the intention of backing in?
