How do dealerships justify this?
We were stuck in the local Honda dealership for a few minutes, so I was wandering around looking at cars. They had a new, dealership modified, Civic with Honda wheel locks installed. Just a few months ago I bought these same locks for ~$50.

everything is negotiable when buying a car. also the Honda website lists much cheaper for all those accessories
