ZW has shown he's a real talent and the offense should allow him to utilize those talents. Thar said, it's the coaches' job to ensure that they tweak and develop an offense that takes advantage of those talents but isn't utterly dependent on them. At the end of the day, ZW is coming off a surgery, is still young, and is still developing.
