Robert Capa landed on Omaha Beach on June 6, 1944. He was the only civilian photographer who risked his life to document the Allied invasion. Capa took 106 photos that day. All but 11 were destroyed in a processing accident. The surviving ones are called The Magnificent Eleven. pic.twitter.com/LDRYjaHz8b
