I just had to put this out there.  People need to realize that BYU FB academic requirements are not nearly as challenging as everyone says.  There are several players on the team that had ACT scores under 21 and High School GPA's under 3.0 that are on full athletic scholarships.  Football players have totally different admission standards than the rest of the school.  Coaches and fans can talk about this to the media as an excuse...but I personally know several players like this on the team.  In addition, the FB team has tons of tutors that help these kids out...I'm not saying the tutors do their homework for them, but lets just say, they have plenty of support to make sure they stay academically eligible.
