I have a new house with no lawn. My dirt has become completely overrun with
weeds. I’ve spent hours mowing and weed whacking (to limit how terrible it looks) and pulling them (to actually fix the problem).

We should be putting our yard in in a few months. Before doing that the builder will be back filling some spots that have sunk with dirt and regrading. Will that solve the weed problem? Just burying them and moving them around with a bobcat or something?

Do I need to completely get rid of them myself before the regrading can take place? There’s got to be a better way than pulling them. Hours and hours barely make a dent.
