Simple question: Why does Kyle Whittingham despise BYU? Seriously.
I've heard rumors that it's because he thought BYU mistreated his dad but if so, what happened? I like KW for being such a stalwart part of the success of our 80's teams when he played here but it really chaps my hide that KW has "nothing" good to say about BYU now. He should be extremely grateful that BYU allowed him to develop as a player and then start out as a graduate assistant coach in 1985 and 1986. I read one article on KW where he said he had, and I quote, "zero" loyalty towards BYU. If so, what an ungrateful punk he is.
Anyway, does anyone know the real scoop?
