As the youngest of 6, I can relate to this, and having spent the
last week with my siblings, this post hit home.

Not that my older siblings are chumps, but you realize that the "rose colored glasses" you saw them through as a child, don't really give you the accuracy of where they are now in life.

But I have really enjoyed getting to know my siblings as peers now that we're all in our 40s/50s.

People change.

Unfortunately, sometimes it's for the worst, and sometimes, it was never really how you thought it was as a 5 yr old.

When first learning of Brian Williams' own veracity problem this week, one former Clinton aide said he was "chagrined," thinking "this will bring back something from that campaign and those parallels will be drawn as if what she did was exactly like what Brian Williams did."

Clinton had said during a March 2008 speech that while visiting Bosnia in 1996 as first lady, she remembered "landing under sniper fire." A greeting ceremony had to be canceled, she said, as her party "ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base."

Videotape showed Clinton and her daughter Chelsea and their entourage instead striding across a tarmac with smiles and greeting a retinue of well-wishers.
