I wish they would have settled. I have no problem with their current service filtering model and it'd be nice
to get the other studios in the lawsuit involved.
For that reason, I hope the penalties aren't huge.
Their service right now is much more flexible than Clearplay which seems to take a "moral" stand on what I find offensive or not and doesn't allow the right amount of filth through. :D. I want to make my R-movies PG-13, not G-rated commercials!
