Whoa whoa whoa - don't put Slayer and Anthrax (or Megadeth or Metallica) in the

same category as hair metal. Nothing wrong with hair bands, but the Big Four thrash bands are thrash (except that Metallica and Megadeth both went mellow later on, and that one Anthrax album - something about white noise? - was pretty hair metal-y I guess).
