Taco Bell was nuts. Most of the items offered were completely different and noticeably absent were the beans. They also didn't have sauce packets or Mtn Dew. Check out this menu.



Then today, I stopped by a grocery store on my walk home. They get a giant tuna every other Friday and carve it up for everyone. The guy was incredibly skilled with his knife and was talking it up the whole time. Once he got it down to steak sized cuts, his assistants started to package it up and pass it out to the excited customers. It was quite a show! It was kind of like the excitement at the tortilla station at HEB when they're churning out those butter tortillas.

I took a small nigiri tray home, and the meat was smooth like butter!
