Are they adding new concessions? I haven’t heard that they are. I don’t see why lines would be any
shorter for concessions. And I don’t see this as a major sign of commitment. It’s a small enhancement to the stadium that is a practical addition.
I guess we’ll see if the upgrades keep coming. I know it is likely we get bigger video boards but NuSkin will be paying for those. The press box is extremely old. The stadium is old. The facade is a joke for such a great setting.
There’s a lot to fix in this stadium. I guess if this is just the beginning, then great. I just don’t see a major financial contribution coming from BYU/the church any time soon. And seeing as how they turned down a major donors offer recently, it seems they are content with where things are with regard to facilities and such. But we got wider walkways on the upper level so that’s good.
