to come in and set up carts and booths. This adds a lot more room for that, and also makes it so those things can be spread out on multiple levels instead of just mainly at the bottom.

And 16 mil is a pretty large amount of money, and I think these upgrades are more substantial than you’re giving them credit for being and it is more attractive than you are giving it credit for being. There’s more stuff coming, it will be gradual but continual and much of it the stuff you mentioned. This alone provides support for more structural additions, so it is a very key beginning in the engineered part of the stadium itself.

I know press box improvements are in the future all well as parking improvements, tech improvements like monitors around the stadium, stuff like that. It’s all coming it will just take time for multiple reasons. One that’s just how things are at BYU and the church, they just don’t move quickly but they are methodical. Two of course is funding, they won’t do anything without it being paid for up front so they fund raise first and build second. Third the window to build is narrow, it takes time to construct things and every year there is a football season so those months are closed and anything built has to be done before the next season begins. This project began the Monday often the last home game back in November. Game was Saturday and demo was happening Monday. Plus the stadium of fire is a major event that has to be accommodated and that is right during the construction season.

I get that people want to see improvements, this is an improvement and one that paves the way for future improvements. It needed to be done first. More to come. Be patient.
