A few notes about BYU HS recruits who made Player of the Year
I try and note local Utah HS recruits (not football which many follow) who committed to BYU. Here are some:
Gatorade POY:
Boys Cross Country: Luke Grundig from AF (what is it about AF cross country?)
Baseball: Cy Nielsen
Softball: Hunter Ava (also SLT POY)
Soccer: Caroline Stringfellow (Soph)
Deseret News:
Mr Baseball: Brock Watkins
Mr Soccer: Alex Frankauser
Ms Soccer: Caroline Stringfellow
