How would you prepare a 12 lb full sirloin?

I picked it up thinking I'd slice it into steaks. I assume you could also smoke it or slow cook it like a brisket. Any recommendations?

I would season it like a steak and then smoke at 220 till 130

Cut it into 3/4 inch steaks. Cook at a high temp on both sides and take it off
