So they can charge the mound. Look, these are tough guys. Getting hit

by a ball is a stinger, but it's not the end of the world. 9/10 times this is what it looks like. Harper knows it's coming, he knows he's going to charge and these two teams are going to fight it out, just like hockey. I think this is much better than the continuous jawing and taunting we see in the NFL and NBA that goes on all game long.
