GS should be down next year while they wait for KD and/or Klay to get healthy, Houston isn't getting any better, Toronto/Philly/Boston/Clippers all could be better, but we won't know what their teams look like for a month. Milwaukee has a argument at being the favorite, but other than that I think the Lakers are the safest bet
