I’m with you
Hearing aids in both ears. I’ve lost both volume and clarity so I’m at the point where I read lips. Working a full day is hard because I have to strain so much just to hear. Always a little dizzy and nauseous. Come home every day super exhausted. Get the massive vertigo attacks for about a week at a time 3-4 times a year. Just having the courage to get out and go to a game or to a restaurant can seem daunting because I never know when it will hit. Traveling is really tough.

Good thing is that my wife is very understanding and my work has been great. I have a room at work I can go lay down in. I used to be on the road a lot for work so I’m glad I only go once a year or so. I did have a massive attack in Mexico once but luckily it happened at the hotel.

I have a calling in the temple that is very flexible and doesn’t involve being in a session. That has been a blessing. I am 50.
