POLL: Which would you take?
A - Job in Utah that is somewhat in the same industry. Somewhat directly related to your experience, and roughly within the same industry
Pros - plenty of family lives nearby. New experience that may look good on a resume. Job/ company is fairly secure.
Cons - it’s a big paycut (~40%). Although the job is secure, it’s not much of a challenge.
B - Job in Manhattan that is directly related to what you’ve done your whole career.
Pros - Salary is a bump up (not a huge bump up, but an increase). Job should grow into a bigger opportunity in the next 1-2 years.
Cons - no family nearby. Higher cost of living. Job isn’t nearly as secure as job option A
