My point was actually more for those that don’t live in Utah

I saw my parents (who live in the Chicago area), and my brothers (who lived in other states as well) more often when I lived in Utah. It was a place to visit. I’m sure that if my parents lived in Utah, I would see them more often. You may see your kids more often if you lived in Utah, unless they end up living somewhere near NY, of course.

Those are both bad options, IMO. I’d probably take option A to buy time while looking for option C.
