I put a deposit down back in May for a rental with plans to move in this July. Haven't signed a lease yet (asked to but they weren't ready). Chose the place with plans of getting married this fall but my girlfriend and I are now looking towards a spring wedding. The rental is too big for just me and at the very upper limit of my price range. I know I'm not the good guy here, but if I back out now, will I lose anything besides my hefty deposit?
