Does anyone know if there is a way to freeze panes so that as you scroll down a list the frozen headers stack at the top only when you scroll down?

For example, if you list all the teams in the NFL with all of their players underneath, can you scroll through one team (Team A) and once you get to the next team (Team B) and the Team B gets to the top have "Team B" stick at the top until you get to the next team (Team C) and when Team C gets to the top it sticks and so on. Essentially it's a way to always see which team you're scrolling through when there are enough entries under that team that it won't all fit on one page.
