One thing that's almost always true is that I research and obsess over moves more than my opponent. When it comes to competition, there's a good argument that I'm insane.
For example, I hadn't followed baseball since 1996 but I joined a CB fantasy baseball this year. Regardless of not knowing much of anything about who guys were a few months ago, I've become very familiar with a lot of the names and their history. I don't obsess like I do over football where I watch nearly every play of every game every week, but I do follow all games online every night. It's not the same because I don't see them actually play other than a few games per week, but the obsession is bad enough as it is.
It really is unhealthy. I'm starting to feel a bit like Raymond Babbit and I wonder if I am somewhere on the spectrum.
