BYUSN people are all good but they seriously need some additional street cred
Brian is fine and I'm glad he's there but he is nowhere near enough...

Maybe it was me but mixing Lauren with those two transfer RBs fresh in Provo was not a comfortable thing to watch... and that happens too much.

The question "what are the hot spots in Provo"? There ARE NOT "hot spots' in Provo! We all know this, did she lead with a question bashing on Provo or does she actually think Fat Cats is a hot spot? Especially if you're coming from an entirely different culture where "hot spots" mean something that is not HC approved why in the world would you ask that? Way to set up those guys for an awkward experience. Also, I've hiked the Y two times (Sadly) and it is not a good experience, the hike is not something to tout as an experience to hold up in Provo especially when there are so many other things to mention.

I am a member of the church who grew up in Utah and I think BYU needs to step it up when it comes to basic interactions with those from other states and cultures. They need Mike Alisa or someone like him so so SO bad! I seriously wonder if the BYUtv brass have any clue how out of touch they are or seem to be. I'd love to hear what the players really think of the BYUtv experience. Jarom and Spencer are good at what they do but they are over-the-top stereotypes of byu zoobies.

Yes, I was the HS kid in Utah valley that drove around BYU campus dumping buckets of water on tunnel singers, stealing goats form the farm and letting them loose in the dorms, getting a bunch of playboy stickers and sticking them on the bumpers of cars that would likely cause the biggest freak-out... so I guess this has always been my thing... but I also was a student there, I know that the stereotypes absolutely exist but I also know that the other half of the population are not awkward zoobies and are actually very cool people...

Media day really did not sit well with me, in spite of it, I'm still high on the 2019 season. BYUtv does a GREAT job in so many things but the sports personalities just need another level of color commentary to raise the credibility of the whole thing. Dave Nixon is fine, Brian Logan... good but too much about gushers and rose gold... there has to be another person to play a Jason Shep type role that can serve that purpose.

I seriously wonder what my neighbors here in SC would think if they saw as BYUSN show....

Mike Alisa fits the bill perfect, but I have no doubt another former player could do the same if he's not available...

Also, Greg Wrubel always seems to need a punch in the face! I have no idea why but I would love to see him hold up a microphone for an interviewer to answer a question and have a rogue football nail him straight in the crotch... that would be a golden gif i'd keep for rainy days for the rest of my life. I have no logical reason for this that I've been able to figure out yet.
