should be a penalty. IE US world cup game vs Germany. The handball tonight might have pushed it onto the post. Agree it was very harsh as I didn't even suspect anything in real time but on replay understand why it was given.

Issue is that the laws of the game are pretty vague on handballs.

Laws should be changed so that most handball fouls in box would result in DK.
