like at the time they play BYU. Utah's offense has the chance to become something. By game 1? Eh. Game 1 won't be firing on all cylinders like game 5 might be. Chaney and his style of offense, with a new OL, by game 2? Eh. Again, there's promise, but how set will they be by game 2?
I know Boise is Boise, and always expected to be Boise (1000 yd rusher every year the last 10 years is impressive), but even with 4 OL returning, they lost long-time stars at QB and RB, plus top two WRs. Brand new QB, brand new RB (none of which appear to be Mattison's caliber right now), and some experience at WR, but still depleted a bit and missing the top two in production. The last time BYU faced a brand new QB at Boise, they won.
