Our branch does that. For the record, they specifically told her she will need cash most of the time. They also told her the CC fees for pulling out cash are very high--I think more than the 3% quoted above. But, we should be able to get her card to her through the friend who flies out tomorrow. We have her name and number now, and she has already agreed to do it.
